Guided Meditation: How to calm down

Do you ever get so wound up and frustrated that it seems nothing is going right?  Then it is time for "A Calming Down".  This video will help you shift your nervous frequency into a relaxed state of calm, which will help you make better decisions.  It is best to just listen with your eyes, closed but if you need to watch the pictures, try to clear your mind and absorb the stillness.
